Hi, I'm Chyna! I am a Chicago based Product Designer focused in design systems & mobile experiences.
My background blends design, art, and research with a focus on building scaleable design systems and intuitive mobile + web experiences. I believe good design is more than clean visuals, it's about creating systems that empower teams and experiences that feel effortless.

What I Do Best:
Design Systems: I've led the creation of a scalable Figma library, complete with tokens, documentation, and governance models to keep teams aligned and WCAG compliant.
 

Product UX: From wireframes to prototypes, I specialize in turning research into flows that simplify complex tasks and improve usability.

 

Storytelling & Collaboration: Whether through storyboards, presentations, or design sprints, I enjoy making design decisions transparent and aligning cross functional teams around a shared vision.

My Approach:
Every project I take on starts with listening and research to understand the "why" behind a problem. From there, I combine enterprise design thinking principles with hands on prototyping to rapidly explore ideas, test with users, and refine. My favorite projects are the ones where design isn't just the output but becomes the system, of clarity that moves the whole team forward.
